Haas Automation’s Mini Mill provides a generous work envelope of 406 x 305 x 254mm. This super-compact machine features a 40-taper spindle, speeds to 6,000 rpm, 600-ipm rapids and a 10-pocket automatic tool changer. The Mini Mill handles small-parts manufacturing with the same reliability you’ve come to expect from all Haas CNC machines.

Super-Speed Vertical Machining Center; 30″ x 16″ x 20″ (762 x 406 x 508 mm), 40 taper, 30 hp (22.4 kW) vector drive, 12,000 rpm, inline direct-drive, high-speed 24+1 side-mount tool changer, 1400 ipm (35.6 m/min) rapids. Machine is capable of small production of medium-size parts.

HAAS ST-10 is a small CNC Lathe with 56 x 406 mm work area, A2-5 spindle and 165 mm chuck which are driven by 11.2 kW vector drive at maximum 6000 rpm. Lathe equiped with 12-station VDI/Bott-on hybrid turret and tailstock. Machine is a perfect solution for small production of simple parts.

MAZAK QT-30 is a 2-axis lathe with 310*956mm work area. 254 mm chuck is driven by 30 kW vector drive. Chuck can hold bars up to 72mm. Lathe have 12 position (6 axle tools) tool turret and rigid tailstock. Machine is capable of small production of large and simple parts

The UMC-750 is a 5-axis 40-taper vertical machining center with tavels X 762 mm Y 508 mm Z 508 mm travels and an integrated dual-axis trunnion table. The machine is equipped with a powerful 8100-rpm inline direct-drive spindle driven by a 30-horse power vector drive system, and comes standard with a 40+1 tool side-mount tool changer. Machine is sutable for small production of complex parts.

The DT-1 is a compact, high-speed drill and tap machine with full milling capabilities. The machine has a 20″ x 16″ x 15.5″ (xyz) work cube and a 26″ x 15″ T-slot table. A powerful BT30 taper inline direct-drive spindle provides 15,000 rpm, and allows rigid tapping at speeds to 5000 rpm. A high-speed, 20-pocket tool changer swaps tools quickly, while 2400 ipm rapids and high accelerations combine to shorten cycle times and reduce non-cutting time.

Haas TL-15 is a toolroom lathe from American Haas. It’s a 2-axis lathe with C-axis, sub-spindle and live tooling. Those options make this lathe perfect for medium size production of complex parts. Also automatic bar-feeder is installed which reduces production time.
